anesthetic

Is local anesthetic with epinephrine a problem with narrow angle glaucoma? It's been years since I've had dental work besides general cleaning. The last few years I've been having trouble with my glaucoma....I've had three irridotomies and recently had irridoplasty. I'm very careful with prescribed meds. Can this anesthetic dilate my eyes. Any precautions to take  before appointment? I'm currently on Travatan, with pilo for pressure spikes.....Thank you.....

I would think the risks would be minimal but I suggest you call your Eye MD ophthalmologist and ask their advise.
