anything help for my weak and dry eye

I don't know exactly when it started to happen, I am now 31 and I remember I know I've got a weak and dry eye when I was 17 or 18. My right eye is often weak and dry, and a little bit pain, very obviously when it compares to my left eye. I feel so good with my left eye no matter how long I've worked with computer, but my right eye, I often feel it dry and a bit painful.

When I was 22 I was required to take a generalk eye check and test in university . I remember the photo of my right eye (weaker one) was very obviously less clear than that of my left eye and it's like yellow the whole photo.

Anything I can do ? Is those blueberry supplements helpful??

1. Blueberry not good for dry eyes. Omega 3 (fish oil) is good
2. Tear duct plug are small plugs put in the openings of the tear duct by an ophthalmologist to keep your tears in your eye and not drain into your nose also when you put in artificial tears they last much longer.
3. go to www.restasis.com  and read about this medication for moderate or severe dry eyes

You need to see an ophthalmologist. Dry eyes are not common in males your age. Much less in just one eye.  Start by reading this information:  http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/index/177275?personal_page_id=67912  You need to see an ophthalmologist. You may have an eyelid disorder that keeps the lids from evenly moisturizing the eye. Forget blueberry they are not helpful for the eye. As the article says Omega 3 (fish oil, kreel oil. flaxseed oil ) are all helpful for dry eyes. You need to start with artifical tears and as I said a visit to an ophthalmologist. You may need tear duct plugs or restasis.

2. Sorry what is tear duct plugs or restasis?? I don't understand.
