astigmatism in child

My 2 yr old was just diagnosed with astigmatism in the right eye.  the eye script is as follows:  +025, +225  175 :  What do these numbers mean?  Is the astigmatism bad?  We received his glasses and he will not wear them tells me he can't see with them on.  I looked through them and the right eye is very blurry to me,  left eye just looks magnified?  Is this right?  Thank you for any help

He needs to wear the glasses.  These numbers indicate a moderate degree of astigmatism and if not correct, it could lead to amblyopia (lazy eye).
