atropine or iris damage?

the iris was reacting normally to light after trauma.used atropine for 10 days.it has been 7 days since i stopped today.The iris is still very dilated but reacts very slightly to light.the doctor did say that there were tiny tears to the iris so it might never get back to the right size.my question is if the iris was the right size after trauma and was reacting fine to light is this still atropine effects or has the muscle somehow got damaged later?

Can't tell for sure for a couple of weeks.  Wait a minimum of 10 days, possibly a couple of days longer.  As a parent, i know how hard it is.  Try and wait it out.  Post again if it is still there at the 12 day mark (I'm optimistic it will be fine by then).
