autoimmune and stomach ache

I have been treated for five months with tricyclic antidepressants and antihistamines for an automimmune disease, which has gone into remission. I had severe hives and stomach ache. now that i'm off all meds the stomach aches have returned. what can i take to reduce the inflammation?
