basketball and running, which is safer for me?

Thank you again doctor! I still have a question that put much pressure on me:comparing basketball(wear proper protective goggles) to running/jogging(5min per km),for the situation like me(I'm 19 years old with a myopia of 6.25(L) and 6.75(R),my myopia have not increased for more than 3 years. It is stable now),to reduce the risk of RD,which one is safer?or they are the same?(suppose if i have high myopia without any retinal degration or diseases).I've played basketball for 3 years and running everyday for a long time and now i have no problem but anxiety.Sorry to bother you so much!Sir ,life if full of choices, and of course i wanna choose something that safer for me.
because,i think both of them jerk my head more or less.May be they can not be counted as "violently"?I know what should i avoid ,i just curious that which of these two is safer.Roughly, both of them are not in your dangerous list for high myopia.

Both are generally okay but running would probably be less likely to produce a blunt trauma injury (like an elbow to the eye)
