beginning of macular

My  eye doctor told me that I have the first phase of macular degenaration and was told to start taking vitamins for  my eyes so I tryed Vitalox with luten it it and I had a big alergic (allergic) reaction to these vitamin so 4 months later I tryed Super Vision Plus ( omega-3 abd lutein) cause I thought there was no zinc cause I know I'm alergic (allergic) to Zinc (chronic itching) what A'm I suppose to take My stomach just won't digest it can you suggest something else

This can be tricky.  Almost all eye vitamins contain large doses of zinc.  You need to talk with a nurtitionist or someone who specializes in nutritional supplements.  Make sure all your allergies are noted and proceed to come up with an idividualized supplement plan including vitamins, minerals and of course a very good healthy diet which is usually overlooked.  I don't know how else to put it.  You can find a plan, you just need individual counseling and some trial and error.  If you do enough research on your own you may even be able to come up with it on your own.  I'm not your doctor so I cannot do this for you.  Keep at it and find the right formula for you.  By the way, there are liquid and dissolvable vitamins that might work well for you.
