binocular diplopia

i had horizontal binocilar diplopia from 19th. august 2010.which is cured by homeopathic  medicine ...now i am having immatuered cataract in both eyes.should i go for feco operation...please help

i am fan of any pathy which cures.in my case .on very day when i developed horizontal binocular diplopia .i got consulted by  2 nurophyicians who  gave me  becomplrx+methylcobalmin tabs after seeing my  MRI.i took thease pills in addtion to homeopathic drugs  perhaps god bllesed me by giving me original vision

Homeopathic medicine doesn't cure double vision.  Sorry.  I believe that homeopathic remedies have some effect in certain conditions, likely through neurohormonal effects, but double vision is not one of them.

Since you are not a fan of Western medicine it sure doesn't seem like you would be happy to undergo a surgical procedure on your eyes.  Furthermore you describe your cataracts as "immature" so I don't know why you would be considering surgery at all - typically it is not offered for slight cataracts, which everyone develops as they age.
