That tells us nothing. It does not tell the test or the results only an evaluation of how realiable the results are or the patient's cooperation and ability to understand the testing procedure.

Black cataracts is not glaucoma. It is a very advanced, ultra hard cataract. Black cataracts are difficult to remove and the surgical complication rate is higher than normal. Nevertheless they can be removed. How good the vision is depends on two things: 1. did surgical complications occur 2. what other problems the eye has.

If the eye is damaged to such an extend i don't know any treatment.
The high pressure in his eyes need to be reduced by drops or surgery before any severe damage is done.
