black lines in vision

I have recently got sick, and I an now getting over it, but my eyes hurt if I look too far any direction. Also, when I close my eyes then open them, I see black lines everywhere. These are not floaters, as the stay in the same soot around where i'm looking. They look like veins too. Does someone have any idea what this is?

Seeing black lines does not sound classic for any particular condition, but if the symptoms appear to be progressing, you should get a complete dilated exam by an ophthalmologist to exclude any treatable eye conditions.
