From what I read if it didn't start all of a sudden and you've had floaters all your life its a normal thing and it can't be "fixed". I have annoying eye floater in my right eye that I've started to notice about a year ago and I live with that thing. Problem is that this floater is bigger than others and it lowers my vision in right eye unless I make it go away by rolling my eyes a bit. I wish there was a way to make floaters go away.

I have read that many eye conditions are related to dry eyes. Glands stop to produce moisture, oil and other elements and eyes suffer. I've read and tested on myself that if you put warm woshcloth on your eyes for 5-10 minutes it helps with dry eyes and potentially other dry eyes related problems.

Healthy sleep and warm washcloth for 5-10 minutes in the morning and eyes should feel better, I don't think its gonna happen at all with floaters. But it kinda helps me a bit.

Everyone experiences some soreness in eye (due to dry eye) during wake up,so don't get tensed over small things, anxiety is the real culprit not eyes.

Abou 8 weeks ago my anxiety seemed to start. and ever since my eye sight has been wrong. Is it possible that my eye sight (was perfect before but now right eye (and occassionaly left eye) goes in and out of focus- more out of focus then infocus.
Also every morning when i wake up (whether bad or good sleep) my eyes are really sore.. what could this be from?

Thanks. any help would be great.. its been so long.. i cant drive in this condition,

Everyone have some degree of floaters in their eyes, but many will not notice them or don't gove much attention to them.

Stress & anxiety make's one to notice these floater's more when compared to a less anxious person.
