blindness from Bell's palsy, problems with tamsulosin

I have been having eye problems with bell's palsy and was going blind in the left eye from weakness of the muscle (it became blind and gray and blurry).  my vision is still blurry and after taking tamsulosin I began to have weakness and trouble blinking the left eye.
Is there anything I need to do like take medication or exercise the eye by blinking or focusing?

Unfortunately, I'll need much more information. You 'll need to get your eye checked out by an eye care specialist.
