blown pupils

i am 13. my pupils are always big, even in bright light. i have very good vision, and i've never had any kinds of surgery. i thought it was normal for my eyes to be like this untill someone came up to me and asked if i was high or on any drugs. i asked why, and he said that my pupils are abnormally huge. it may sound funny... well, accually it dose, but anyways, do u know what might be wrong with me?
