That's called a Kaiyser-Fleisher (spelling is wrong) ring due to Wilson diease a metabolic problem with cooper. You can Google Images the two terms and see how they differ. KF rings are very very rare whereas arcus senilis is ultra common.
See your MD if you are really worried simple blood tests can tell if you have Wilson Disease.
