blue\ white eyelids

sometimes my son who has brown skin wakes in the morning and his eyelids look puffy and white somtimes with a hint of blue what is this

hi i am a women age 54 i have noticed when i look in the mirror my eye lids skin looks whiter than my face i do suffer with bad eye sight as well and i can really notice it what can i do about it thanks sue

Both your queastions require a real inperson exam by an Eye MD. See an Ophthalmologist. i the USA find one near you at www.aao.org
