blurred,shakey(shaky) vision w/bad headache

Three months ago I jumped from a buring car (20mph-25mph)...and tumbled for a bit.  Later that day and to the present, blurred vision, shakey (shaky) vision (tremor ???) horrible headache and very sensitive to light (leading to arc-eye...a condition I've only associated with veiwing arc-welding with no eye protection...very scratchy and painful).

I couldnt shower for three days after, due to powerful pins & needles sensation when warm water hit my neck.  Eventually, I washed my hair to find gravel stuck in the back my scalp with lots of dried blood and scabbing.  I dont remember hitting my head.

The symtems are still present in varying intensities.  It's NOT SAFE to drive ever or walk in full sunlight.
A darkened room with low sound are the only things that help relieve symtems.

Please point me in a direction that may help.
