blurred vision and spiderweb?

I have been having decreased vision in my L eye for months.  I have been to an opthomalogist several times and he has done OCT test every time.  He kept saying it was the tamoxifen I had been on causing macular edma.  This last time he says it looks like I might be developing a spider web and I have a fuzzy spot.  If I tilt my head a certain way I can see, if I don't its fuzzy.  He says when it developes enough he will send me to a retina specialist.  I'm confused....can any one explain this to me.  Thank you!

See a retinal specialist.  You probably have a posterior vitreous detachment.
