blurry vision in right eye 10 days post op.

I had lasik done on both my eyes (-3.75 and -4.25) on the 6th of january and got 20/15 vision in a day in both my eyes, with minor starbursts at night. i hav noticed that the starbursts hav reduced but now i see a ghost image of distant lights at night only from the right eye. i hav also noticed that the size and distance of the ghost image keep fluctuating each day. the vision in the right eye is a little blurry than the left eye.

I am worried if this is just a phase in recovery or is it regression, there are no signs of infection or any sort but my right eye does dry up sooner than my left. i am using my eyedrops as instructed by my surgeon.
