bone problem that affects my eyes and other areas?

i first posted about this a month ago, i have now has this problem pretty seriously for three months. I think i have something wrong with my bones and cartilage. my mother suffered from arthritis. my pinkies were straight and now are bent. here is what i originall posted. I know it's more than an eye problem, but i don't know where else to categorize this. thank you.

I'm a healthy young woman, but there's something strange going on with my body. I'll start at the beginning: A little over a year ago, my nose got bigger, pretty noticeably over the course of only a few months. I could actually feel it changing. Then it seemed to stabilize and maybe only changed slightly after that. Then about two months ago, it seemed like my whole face was growing and changing. It started with my eyes getting bigger, though the left eye grew more than the right. I wear glasses and my left eye is actually stronger. I felt the bones in my face and skull expanding. I thought, "Ok, well I guess I am still growing", though I am 23 and my appearance has hardly changed in years. But then, my features started shrinking again! My nose got a little smaller, and my eyes too, plus the surrounding bones. (Feeling my eyeballs get sucked back into their sockets is not a pleasant sensation). At this point, it seems like my features are in a constant flux. Things will seem to expand for a couple days, and then shrink. It's bizarre and distracting and sometimes painful. I can even hear the bones making little sounds when they shift. The main problem is that my right eye has not caught up to my left. The eyeball seems to be farther pushed back, and the iris is smaller. I would really like to understand what's going on, and whether it will stop at some point. Thanks!

Bones do not change that rapidly.  To have such substantial change in your features suggests that you are developing edema both under the skin and behind the eyes.  However, I have to tell you that another cause of your symptoms (as described by you) is delusion.  Has anyone else noted these changes or just you?

I am not developing edema; there is no fluid collecting anywhere. A friend of mine has heard the loud sounds my bones make when they shift. So no, I am not delusional. Thanks anyway.
