bright lights

Hallo. when I bend down and then raise my head I see a bright spot in one of my eyes (sometimes left, sometimes right). After I blink several times it dissapers. The same thing happens when I sit and then stand up. It scares me a lot and makes me check my eyes many times during the day, every now and then I close one eye and blink with the other to see if there is a spot. I'm tired of worrying so much.

This may be due to decreased blood flow when you do that maneuver  and its called orthostatic hypotension. Nevertheless I would see an eye MD for a full exam. Find one at www.aao.org and also have a general physical exam with an MD physician.

i had this problem before you may need to get your blood pressure checked.
my doctor checked mine and it was high not no more spots!!
