bright lights

yesterday i was at work all of a sudden i saw 2 very bright almost silver circles in both eyes then it went to 1 eye and i could see but not clearly, and it all went to the corner of my eye, the only was i can explain it is it looks like flat wavy tinfoil, my sister gets migrains and she said something like that happens to her when she is getting a migrain but when this happens i have no pain until after i can see again, then i have a small headache where my cheek bones are right under both eyes and in between my eyes, its pretty scarry

You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist. the most common causes is a migraine variant called eye migraine or ophthalmic migraine. BUT it can be caused by disease of brain, eye, heart, blood vessels.
