brother got hit in the eye at work

about a week ago my brother was loading things on shelve at walmart when the whell hit him in the eye. he had no black eye or swelling just alot of pain and pressure ,a couple days later his vision got blurry then eventually he end up not being able to see out of it.he went to er and they said that the pain caused his blood pressure to get so high that it caused a blood vessel to burst causing bleeding behind the eye.whch is causing him not to see.now he has to see the eye doctor in two days .his eye looks normal no color change just very week eye please somebody help me will his vision be restored/

so you mean like the appt he has for tuesday the optomistrist? they gave him something to keep his blood pressure down. because when its up it was causing so much pain around and in the eye. but he just cant see out of it i mean he could a few days ago but when he started  hurting thats when it happened! when he got hit in the eye it didnt even bruise or swell.its covered and his pressure is down so far no pain hes trying to hold out until his appt tuuesday

It depends on the severity and the cause.  I would be skeptical of the cause unless seen by an EyeMD at the ER.  The EyeMD will have to do some test to see if vision can be restored.

It very important to see an EyeMD when ever you have eye trauma.
