brown spot on eye

My younger son had an injury that the fingernail hurt his right eye when he was 2.5 years old,  At beginning there was blood in his right eye. I thought it will gone since this happen to my old son before and the doctor didn't do anything to my older son and said it will gone. now my older son is fine. because of this reason , I didn't take my younger son to see the  doctor on time. then his blood area turn into brown spot, After 5 months we took him to see the doctor who said that is pigmentation that doesnt affect his vision.

Now he is 5 .5 years, everyday I feel guilty about this when I look at his eyes, Is there any treatment or surgery to remove this brown spot?

Lose the guilt. Had you taken him in the result would have been the same. Removing it would likely be considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance and would carry risk of scar that would be bigger than the spot. If your Eye MD advised leaving it alone take that advise.
