burst capillaries?

by Sammy_D, Apr 11, 2008 06:05PM
Hi i woke up this morning and noticed that i had a red (blood coloured) substance when i pulled away my lower eye lid. The area around my eye, below the brow and to the sides, had little red spots. I think i've burst some capillaries...but i'm not sure. Should i be worried?, i also have a pressure headache. I wear contact lens but haven't had any problems in the 4 years i've been wearing them.

If the blood is indeed in eye, around, eye and near brow - you probably should at least see your MD primary care doctor and probably an ophthalmologist.  Why did you develop such a large area of blood?
