what causes busted eye vessel in eyes , i am a diabetic

On the outside of the eye trauma and injuries and often spontaneously with cough, sneeze or "just happen" (subconjunctiva hemorrhage),  inside the eye diabetes is the most common cause of bleeding. As a diabetic you should work to keep your diabetes under good control (A1c test less than 6), not smoke, keep your blood pressure and cholesterol under good control, keep you body weight at or near the recommended weight and exercise.

Being diabetic you need to see an eye physician MD  (ophthalmologist) once every year. Diabetes is one of the leading causes of new blindness in most countries of the developed world.
