can i lose vision in my eye

can i lose vision in my eye

i had prk 2 years ago ,in both eyes . i had -20 in left eye and my vision after operation in left eye was 6/12 and -3in right eye and my right eye has a vision of 6/6. but after 6 months of operation there was regression in my left eye and the number in my eye started rising again , i had to undergo reshaping operation to cut out the regression, it6 has been a year now , but now there are again signs of regression in left eye,.
is there any possibility that i could lose my left eye

PRK will normally NOT correct minus 20 diopters of high myopia. Regression is normal. This should not cause any loss of sight but you likely will need glasses and periodically they may need to be stronger (bigger numbers)
