can weight lifting cause eye damage?

I am 36, with no known major eye issues. Now that I know more about vision, I began wondering about my weight lifting in my mid 20's. I recall that from time to time after a session, my vision would be a little blurry. I have normal iop, but I am wondering if those weightlifting sessions even years ago could have damaged something permanentlythat will lead to issues later. My ophthalmology exams are done annually and they are always normal. Thanks.

I don't see any way that weight lifting sessions performed years ago could permanently damage your eyes, especially since you have had normal eye exams since then.
