I have performed at least 100 cataract surgeries after previous retinal detachment surgery and have never had a patient get another detachment. Now that doesn't mean your risk is zero - there is still probably about a 2 or 3% chance but as a general rule, I have found that these cases, while known to have a little more risk, tend to do just fine in high percentage of the time. If you have a very skilled cataract surgeon - it should not be a big hurdle for you - and you should find it to be much easier than the vitrectomy surgery.
