cataract surgery recovery time

What is the "typical" recovery time for a IOL implant cataract surgery to stabilize. That is, how long after cataract surgery should one expect the vision to stabilize.

If you have an underlying condition such as retinitis pigmentosa (as I do) the recovery time is longer.

I'm at about 7 weeks and have had two YAG laser treatments. Have been on drops for the past 7 weeks. I'm scheduled to have my prescription done this week as long as my eye stays clear which so far it has since the second YAG.

So basically healthy normal eyes recover quite quickly.
