You are at bigger risk for poor vision due to diabetes than glaucoma. See an Eye MD ophthalmologist soon and then at least yearly. Keep your diabetes under meticulous control

Glaucoma and diabetical retinopathy are both very severe diseases of the eye which can lead to blindness.
So you are in very high risk to damage your eyes.
The pressure must be reduced e.g. by drops and the diabetes must be controlled.
You need to see an eye MD and an internal specialist.
