clarification on barrage laser

Hi,
     I went for a eye checkup and I am about to get treatment for retinal breaks as adviced by the retinal specialist and said  to go for barrage laser tratment after hearing such a shocking news and had too have an idea of second consultant and who intern said u have retinal detachment and written in my prescription "need to go for ARG2 laser only". Now i am confused between these 2 and which one to opt for. Also pls let me know what are the difference between these two.
are there any imapct on this?
please also tell more any thing u know about it.

They both said the same thing.  Laser treatment for retinal breaks. Sealing off  the retinal tears with laser treatment will protect you from a large, serious retinal detachment which could cause devestating loss of vision.
