when i look at the sunlight i see these clear cobwebs what is this when i tuch the conner near my nose i pull out the clear stuff what is that whats wrong is it going to be a floter

From your description, I am not sure if you are describing floaters or if you are referring to some discharge like material from the front of your eye.  In any event, you need to see your ophthalmologist as new onset floaters can be associated with retinal problems, ocular inflammation or even bleeding.
