contact lens irritation?

The other night my eyes became dry while wearing my lenses.  When I finally got home, I took them out.  The next day, my eyes are red and in the right eye there is a tiny "bump" where the white of my eye meets the blue.  It does not hurt, but my eyes are still red.  No effects on vision, no pain.  I have t been wearing my lenses and have been using systane eye drops.  It's Sunday and they are still the same.  What's going on?  Thank you!

For whatever reason your contact lens are damaging your eyes. Do not put the contacts back in. You need to return to whoever fit your contacts for a complete re-evaluation of your contacts. They are damaging your eye.
