contact lense power/IOLS/natural eye lens

What is the highest power made in soft conatact lenses?
Do monofocal aspheric IOLS have trouble with intermediate vision?
Does the natural eye lens have a prescrption in it?

1. Sorry but I don't know the answer to that one.
2. Intermediate vision might be a problem depending on the final refractive error.  If left a little myopic, the intermediate vision could be excellent.  If left near plano 20/20 distance, then intermediate might be a little blurred.
3.  Every natural eye has it's own refractive state or your refraction.  You can be nearsighted, farsighted and have astigmatism.  THe corneal power is usually around +43 or so and the human lens has a power of around +22 on average.
Just ball park figures - but everyone is different.  Aspheric monofocal lenses have awesome optical properties and can provide the very clearest vision after cataract surgery, but as with any intraocular lens, you may need to wear glasses for  your best vision.
