contact lenses

by roseyranger, Aug 22, 2008 09:54AM
I am a 28 year old female.  I recently went to the eye doctor and my prescription continues to get worse.  Will it ever stop getting worse and stabilize?  I wear contact lenses for astigmatism.  Are there any brand of lenses which are better better for crisper vision and to possibly help to stabilize my prescription?

Unfortunately, I don't think your prescription can be stabilized by any contacts.  It was my experience that RGP contacts provide the sharpest vision for high myopia with astigmatism.  Consult an eye care provider who specializes in contacts to find out what would work best for you.
