My eyes are always red, i don't have any stress at work, I am not exposed to computers, I'm not working outside and I always sleep early at night. Why does this still occurs?

The thing is even if i don't wear lenses, my eyes are still red. Hate it because it's like I am one of the cast from Twilight--

Yep well they probably need abit of a break,for them to recover,about a week,get some brolene eye drops,for recovery,then try these lenses,use preservative free saline a drop on lens before inserting,these are the best lenses out there
