continuous eye twitching
My right eye has been twitching continuously for about 8 months.  I have been to the optometrist and she did not find any physical problems.  I do not feel the twitch movement, but I am self conscience of people looking at my eyes.  Is there a cause or cure?

If it has lasted that long it may not be "myokymia" which is harmless and eventually goes away but may be blepharospasm.

See an oculoplastic surgeon or a neuroophthalmologist. Find one near you at www.aao.org     The condition once firmly diagnosed is treated with botox injections.
