cornea

I had cateract surgery 2 years ago. After that my vision was 20/25 in both eyes. Now one eye is 20/40.I was told my cornea gets too dry and that is the reason for pain when I blink and distorted vision.I was given antibiotic/steroid drops.I still have the problem.I read one message to you and the answer where too much hydration causes this. Please help.

If the cornea was swollen, your surgeon would know.  Unlikely to be the case.  Try frequent use of preservative free artificial tears for a few days and see if that helps.  Your ophthalmologist may also consider placing punctal plugs in your eyes or giving you cyclosporine drops to try and help.
