cornia transplant

I have several surgeries in my right eye due to retinal detachment. For the past year, I have calcium deposits on the cornea, it comes and goes. Doctor treats it with ointment or antibiotics into my eye.I also have an oil in my right eye after the last surgery. Would you recoment cornea transplant to eliminate this problems? What would you recommend instead? Thank you.
