The latest Crystalens HD was available in February 2009.  The newest Restor came out in April 2009.  I had one Crystalens HD removed and replaced with a Restor.  Now I have two of the newest Restors and I'm happy.

Is there a link on this site with extended conversation/information on 2009 IOLs? I am desperate for up-to-date information, as I must make a decision very soon. Since I can't see at all well with these cataracts, the navigation is especially difficult (and all problems are compounded 1000 percent by the blinky flashy rolling flickering ads on the eyesight problem pages -- who thought that was a smart marketing idea?)

Be sure to get the latest model Crystalens HD and that the surgen has had numerous successes implanting the Crystalens.  Implanting the CL requires a little more skill than other multifocal IOL's.
