curing blindness after an accident

is there anything that can be done to resolve sight or part slight after having an accident and being left blind. Doctors say that my nerves behind my eyes are dead, would stem cell give me back part or all for my sight

If your eye is totally blind (no light perception) it is very very unlikely that anything can be done any where in the world to help your problem. You should focus on protecting the good eye from injury and disease. Someday stem cell therapy, nanotechnology or artifical eye may be possible but not now. (there is a prototype artifical eye but for people with one eye its not indicated)
