cut eye muscles after accident

Hello to everyone, i m from greece so forgive me if my english is not good. In 2008 i had  as erious accident.I fell from 8 metres high and when i landed with the head an iron thing got into my right eye. As a result my optic nerve was hit and now i have only peripheral orasis. Also , the lateral rectus and the inferior rectus was cut. After many surgeries here in greece doctors achieved to get the iris back to centre cause before surgeries i had some kind of strabismus due to lateral rectus loss. Except the vision loss ( i know that optic nerve cannot regenerate) i cant move my eye to the right or down...I would  like you to inform me if there is something more i can do so my eye can be as before or even improve its moves...Thank you in advance

I do not know much about the availability or quality of Greek Ophthalmology. It is very unlikely that your eyes will ever move normally. You would need to get a second opinion from a pediatric-strabismus ophthalmologist Eye MD to answer your question about anything more being done.

Besure to protect your good eye from injury and disease.
