cyst on my eye

I have what my doctor called a cyst in my eye. It's on/in the white of the eye and right up against the iris, and can be seen easily. Not very bothersome when I blink, but I can feel it. She has put me on Xibrom drops which I've been using for 2 weeks--no change... BUT now I have a cyst in my other eye,looks exaclty the same. Neither are very big, what on earth is going on? Can anyone tell me.

Could be conjunctival cysts which are benign.  If cysts persist and are bothersome, then you can consider having them lanced in the office.  Very easy to do, usually.  Doubt XIBROM will help.  There is no specific reason why some people get them.  They just happen - not a disease.

Thank you so much I was really worried  when I saw the other one this AM. ...I'll see my eye MD tomorrow then and get them lanced,  hope they don't return on a regular basis. Thanks agin
