dark spot in corner of eyes when tilting head

Hi, im 24 year old female and noticed about 2 months ago when i was riding my bike that when i tilt my head i am getting dark spots in the bottom corner of my eyes near to my nose, it is in both eyes but more so in my right, when i tilt head to right its in my right eye and tilt head to left it is in my left eye just by my nose.

had a full eye examination at specsavers, pressure fine, and she checked my retina which was also fine.

anyone had same or got any ideas?

You most likely had an exam by an optometrist and they are not as well trained as an ophthalmologist (EyeMD).   She is you can reproduce the symptoms by covering one eye.  If so you need to see an EyeMD.
