may i know what is the decopmpensated exophoria, assessment and management about exophoria..? can you help me..?

Treatments include surgery, glasses and exercises.  You need to see a specialist in strabismus or pediatric ophthalmology to discuss which option will be best for you at this point. Fortunately, it is not a dangerous disorder and you will not lose your vision, but the effects can certainly be disturbing and I understand why you would want to find some improvement.
