deposition in lid margin

dear doc ,
29 male having blphiritis problem from last 8 yrs nw.
i hav sticky thread like material deposion in my lid margin more on waking up in morning . having dandruf which often comes n go ??
feel blurr vision sometime .
having lubricating drop ocassionaly .
what to do??plz help
