dilated pupils

My seven year old daughter's eyes seem to be dilated quite often. I was wondering if it could be due to an allergy to something. She is not on any medications. Should I take her to her doctor and if so should I visit her pediatrition or optamolagist?

Visit an ophthalmologist Eye MD Find one at www.aao.org  BE SURE THAT THE TECHNICIANS HAVE THE EYE MD LOOK AT THE PUPILS BEFORE THEY PUT DROPS IN THE EYE TO DILATE THEM.
