You should notice an improvement in your double vision with the prisms right away. If you have not already done so, I would recommend a consultation with an ophthalmologist who specializes in strabismus, or disorders of eye movement and alignment.
went to wilmer got scrip for new contact to use with fresnel prism doctor said script is same as other contact so he never changed it i wanted him to change like they precribed at wilmer it doed not work very well with his contact called wilmer she said wear 2 weeks but the contact he gave me dors not stay on pupil so how am i going to know if prism is woking it drifts upward all the time hence i am wearing old glasses which seems double is better till i go see another doctor monday for a ptoper fitting thr other dic says cannot fit right because of bad astigmatism personally think he did not want to do the work bexause i am not going to see him very bad attitude will not answer questions etc.should i continue wearing older glasses till i get the proper fitting contact thank you so much for answering all thes questions you have been very helpful i am sure johns hopkins will come up wirh something they said do not worry as they allways try
