discoloration of the whites of my eyes

the white part of my eyes have a light blue discoloration around the colored part of my eye. what is it?

Dear 1164svr,
The light blue discoloration may be the result of cholesterol deposition in the cornea, or front layer of the eye. You should see your eyeMD to determine whether this is the cause and if it is, depending on your age, you may need a workup.
