dislocated lenses

is there a surgery to fix dilocated lenses for a marfans syndrome sufferer, i have a really bad eye sight
it is -16 in my right eye and -20 in my left it is very dificult especially in daily life i find it quite hard to cope with as well as that my glasses are very thick if there is a surgical procedure for this can you tell me please.

No if the lens is causing big problems it is removed.
